Business Coach
Introduction
Hi, I’m Mo Liv. I work with entrepreneurs and business owners at every stage of their journey, from the moment an idea is just forming in their mind, through the growing pains that come with momentum, and all the way to scaling into multi-million-dollar companies. I also work with established founders and leaders who already have successful businesses but feel ready for the next level - more clarity, stronger leadership, better performance, and greater impact.
For me, this work is personal.
I’ve been on the entrepreneurial journey myself. I built a company from the ground up and successfully exited through an acquisition by a multi-billion-dollar organization. Since then, I’ve served in senior executive roles across multiple companies, and today I’m an SVP at a large public high-tech company. I live the realities of leadership every day - the pressure, the responsibility, the decision-making, and the constant need to grow.
Alongside my executive career, I’ve spent more than 10 years coaching entrepreneurs and business owners. What I bring is not theory, it’s real experience, honest conversations, and practical strategy. I help founders turn vision into a clear plan, and that plan into measurable results while growing as leaders along the way.
My Method
My primary focus is you.
I believe a company is a reflection of its leader. The clarity, confidence, discipline, and mindset of the entrepreneur directly shape the direction and results of the business. If we want the business to grow, we must first ensure that you are ready to grow.
For me, the “chicken or the egg” question is simple: the leader comes first. When the leader is ready, aligned, and focused the business follows.
In our weekly meetings, and in the ongoing conversations between them we will work together to define a clear, sharp, and inspiring vision. Once the vision is defined, we translate it into structured goals, often broken into phases. From there, we build a detailed execution plan with clear timelines and measurable milestones.
But strategy alone is not enough.
We will also make sure you are mentally and spiritually ready for the next level. Yes - spiritually. Growth requires resilience, self-awareness, emotional strength, and alignment between who you are and what you are building.
Execution is key. We execute, measure, adjust, and continue moving forward.
There will be bumps along the way. Every meaningful journey has them. We will stay agile, honest, and determined, and I will stand beside you, helping you move steadily toward your vision and the level of impact you are capable of achieving.
Q&A
Is there a free trial period?
Yes, it is. The first 2 sessions are complimentary. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other, understand your goals, and make sure there’s a strong fit before moving forward.
Is there any commitment for the coaching period?
No formal contracts. We continue working together as long as you feel you’re getting real value. I truly believe coaching should be built on trust and results not any sort of contract.
How long have you been a business coach?
I’ve been coaching entrepreneurs and business owners for over 10 years. Supporting founders through challenges, growth decisions, and big milestones is something I genuinely care about.
Is business coaching all you do?
Coaching is a big part of my professional life, but I also serve full-time as an SVP at a large public company. Staying active in an executive leadership role allows me to bring real, current, hands-on experience into every coaching conversation.
Do you work with anyone who asks for business coaching?
I work specifically with entrepreneurs and business owners. I connect best with people who are building something of their own and are committed to growing, both their business and themselves.
Is it only weekly meetings?
Not at all. While we typically meet once a week, I’m available in between sessions as well - by email, text, or phone. Questions, decisions, and challenges don’t wait for the next meeting, and neither do I.
Are the meetings face-to-face or online?
All meetings are held online. This gives us flexibility and allows me to work with entrepreneurs wherever they’re located.
Anything else I should know?
I was born and raised in Israel and moved to the U.S. with my family 15 years ago. I’m married, have three kids, a dog, and a cat, and we live in New Jersey. Family, growth, and meaningful work are deeply important to me and they strongly influence how I show up for the people I work with.
